Welcome to Aqua Harmony!
“A fun and nurturing approach...after all, children learn through their play.”
We believe that fostering a love and respect for water is essential to becoming a confident swimmer. Through fun games and engaging activities, we teach the joy of swimming while providing a strong foundation in water safety.
Our learn to swim programs cater to children aged 4 months through to 12 years old (end of year 6) of all skill levels, from beginners to those seeking stroke correction, ensuring a nurturing environment for everyone to thrive!

Our Programs
We offer 4 learn-to-swim programs along with a mini squad, hydrotherapy sessions, a walkers program, adults classes and private classes. Our learn-to-swim programs are:
-
Ducks - 4mths - 3yr4mths; parent and child classes
-
Frogs - 3yr4mths - 6yrs; introduction to strokes
-
Platypus - 3yr4mths - 11 yrs; beginner/unskilled
-
Crocodiles - 6yrs - 12yrs; refining strokes
-
Sailfish mini squad- 8yrs - 12yrs competent all four strokes, invitation only
Children progress through these programs as levels based on a combination of age and skill.
All programs focus on building water confidence, developing essential skills, and mastering swimming techniques through engaging circuit activities and skill-based games. Water Safety skills are embedded into every class along with week-long Swim Safer Weeks multiple times throughout the year.
SwimSafer
While water safety skills are integrated into every lesson we teach, we have four Swim Safer Weeks per year.
What is Swim Safer Week you may ask?
This is a week where our lessons focus on water safety skills, with a theme and skills relevant to that season; March "Respect the River" for river safety, May "Swim Smart, Swim Safer" for public pool safety, August "Can you see me?" for home water safety, and November "Arms Reach, at the Beach" for beach safety.

Our Approach To Teaching
At Aqua Harmony, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for swimmers, no matter where they are in their swimming journey. Our program, developed by early educators, values the whole child and is designed around how children learn best. We make learning fun through skill-centered activities, ensuring your child develops into a confident swimmer. With our circuit formation approach, your child will spend less time sitting at the pool's edge and more actively practicing their skills.
